Hints & Tips

WIN: Rescue General Larris and return him to a sea transport.
LOSS: All your units are disabled or destroyed or General Larris is killed.

NOTE: The enemy is Sheevat.

TIP:

A) This is the mission where you have to rescue the downed Captain. This one is also kind of easy. You only need to have one unit reach him and then he can start moving.

If you send a scout to the very top of the map, you can take advantage of the "edge squares seem to be out of LOS to all units except others in the edge zone" bug. You should be able to sneak the scout across the top and avoid all the biobomb launchers. In theory, you don't need to do anything with your other units. But, just to create a distraction to draw in the other enemy units, I had them make a careful assault up the "canyon", taking out one biobomb pod at a time. A couple tanks came at me, but they were easy to dispense with. - Relkin (from Reliable MAX2 Players Strategy Forum)
